Mr. Carrillo joined Charles Dunn Company in their Long Beach Office as an Associate in January 2007. Working with the reputable and recognized Industrial Group, headed by John Bowman (SIOR), Mr. Carrillo’s success is due to his expertise in research, financial analysis, and marketing of commercial properties. He is dedicated to developing successful business relationships with property owners by providing the highest level of services and real-time information on the real estate market.
Mr. Carrillo’s team recently completed the repositioning of an under-performing asset. Within six months, Mr. Carrillo’s team was able to take a half vacant multi-tenant industrial park, and get it fully leased at market rates. Meeting their client’s goals and needs, their client requested that his team put the building up for sale to gain the hidden value that Mr. Carrillo’s team was able to unlock. Through aggressive marketing and knowledge of the market, Mr. Carrillo’s team was able to sell the building close to their client’s asking price.
Prior to joining Charles Dunn Company, Mr. Carrillo was employed with Shin Gin Rui Corporation where he managed the sales and marketing administration functions for their property management and maintenance divisions. While at Shin Gin Rui, Mr. Carrillo helped market and lease an under-performing portfolio of apartment complexes in Waco, Texas. Together with his team, they attracted high performing tenants and were able to fully lease the property.

EDUCATION
Mr. Carrillo earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Chapman University in Orange, California. Mr. Carrillo graduated with honors while majoring in Political Science and Public Relations.
