Brian has developed a vast and detailed database of drug store properties throughout the State of California. He works very closely with each client in an effort to help them achieve their particular investment goals. Brian is known for his hands on, personalized approach in dealing with each client.
CAREER HISTORY
Brian entered the commercial real estate industry in 2001 by joining Charles Dunn Company. Prior to that, he enjoyed a successful career in show business. His relationships within the entertainment industry have provided him with a variety of unique business and real estate opportunities.
Since Joining Charles Dunn Company, Brian has worked very closely with both, the Multi-Family and Retail Services Teams. These close relationships have enabled him to participate in the sale of a wide variety of properties, including vacant land, single and multi-tenant retail and large portfolio transactions. In addition, Brian’s relationship with our Multi-Family Group has been critical in his ability to assist apartment owners in identifying suitable retail properties for their 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges.
