CAREER
HISTORY
Mr. Armato joined Charles Dunn Company as a Sales Associate in January, 2006. Mr. Armato supports the senior brokers through research, financial analysis and marketing of commercial transactions.
Prior to joining Charles Dunn Company, Chris was a representative for the Ghana Education Project in Ghana, West Africa, a non-profit organization specializing in establishing literacy programs, HIV/AIDS education, and direct foreign investment/micro-lending programs in developing Sub-Saharan African countries.
Following his time in Africa, Chris worked for Income Property Funding, Inc., raising institutional capital for their mortgage lending platform.
EDUCATION
- Mr. Armato earned his Artium Baccalaurens (BA) degree from Princeton University in Princeton, New Jersey, majoring in politics with a certificate in economics. Chris was an officer of the Tiger Inn eating club.

- Young Leaders of the Urban Land Institute, Princeton Club of Southern California, Young Republicans, Junior Member of the Long Beach Yacht Club.
