CAREER HISTORY
David joined Charles Dunn Company, Inc. in 2005 as an Associate in the Retail Services Group out of the West Los Angeles Office. His current focus is on the sale and leasing of storefront retail properties in all high end areas of Southern California with a specific focus on the West Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Hancock Park and Los Feliz areas.
David is known for his assertive and aggressive nature, plus an unparalleled level of service to the clients he serves. He is able to meet the needs of each corporate and individual client based on a commitment to diligence, accountability, and creativity.
Prior to joining Charles Dunn Company, David Aschkenasy worked for Domino Realty in Beverly Hills. During this period, David was in charge of acquisitions and marketing for a very large private portfolio.
