Daniel R. Cherrie specializes in office leasing and sales of commercial investment properties, with an emphasis in the downtown Los Angeles and Wilshire Center markets.
CAREER HISTORY / PROFESSIONAL RECOGNITION
Daniel joined the Charles Dunn Company as a leasing and sales associate in 1999. His consistent follow through and client service earned him “Rookie of the Year” honors in 2000, along with the award for “Most Lease Transactions of the Year” in years 2000 and 2002, and “Largest Sale of the Year” in 2003. Dan is a 2005 “Charlie’s Club” member, which is the Company’s elite group of top producers.
His landlord representation experience includes over 2,000,000 square feet of downtown Los Angeles and Wilshire Center office space. He currently represents the following properties and clients:
- Pacific Financial Center, a 220,000 square foot, Class “A” office property in downtown Los Angeles
