David J. Ickovics joined the Charles Dunn Company in 2001. Beginning in property management, David made the transition to sales and leasing when he joined the Charles Dunn Company.

Familiar with current trends in the commercial market and area demographics, David is able to meet the needs of each client with commitment and creativity. His client base ranges from individuals to corporations. With each, David has a proven record of success.

In 2002, David attained the “Rookie of the Year” and “Largest Deal of the Year” awards at the Charles Dunn Company. He was also awarded membership into “Charlie’s Club”, which is an annual recognition of the Company’s top producers in 2002, 2005, 2006 and 2007.

In 2007 David took Charles Dunn’s top honors with the following awards:
