David A. Parker is Director of the Investment Properties Group of Charles Dunn Company. The Investment Group was formed to service the needs of long-term institutional and individual clients. They specialize in Development, Build-to-Suits, Sale-Leasebacks and Rehab projects. Over the past year, the Investment Group has been involved in over $200 million in transactions mostly on an ownership basis.
Career History / Professional Recognition
Prior to joining Charles Dunn Company, David served as President of Preferred Business Properties. During his career, David has developed over four million square feet of commercial property. He has leased and sold over eight million square feet of commercial property including Office, Industrial, Retail, and Mixed-Use projects.
Mr. Parker began his career with Prudential Stevenson Commercial Realty where he earned the appointment of excusive leasing agent for Grand Central Business Park in Glendale, consisting of 105 acres of Office and Industrial space and 2,000,000 square feet of buildings now owned by Disney.
