Eugene F. Page, III joined the Charles Dunn Company
in 2002 to open and develop a new office serving Los
Angeles’ South Bay, as well as northern and western
Orange County. The office, located on the LA/Orange
County border, offers the firm’s comprehensive services
to commercial real estate tenants, retailers, investors,
developers, and financial institutions. Further, Mr.
Page’s extensive experience in organizational and portfolio
strategy will expand Charles Dunn’s outsourcing capabilities
to regional companies as they join the trend of many
national and multinational companies to outsource real

of their core businesses.
Mr. Page developed and co-led Jones Lang LaSalle’s worldwide
practice in Organizational Strategy, a specialty that
helps clients design and implement corporate real estate
organizations and processes that support overall corporate
strategic goals. He has worked with clients around the
world, as well as completed research projects with academics,
yielding experience that has helped him develop innovative
organizational models, strategies and tools to align
real estate portfolios with overarching corporate operational
and financial objectives.
Further, as a member of Jones Lang LaSalle’s Strategic
Consulting Group, Mr. Page lent his expertise across
other specialties, including: Development and Asset
Strategy, Portfolio Strategy, and Mergers and Acquisitions.
Mr. Page’s clients included Boeing, Disney, EDS, Guidant,
United Healthcare, Whirlpool, Mellon Financial, VeriSign,
Capital One, and Universal Studios. Mr. Page has specific
experience in portfolio analysis, strategy development,
corporate restructuring, large asset repositioning,

and portfolio databases.
Prior to Jones Lang LaSalle, Mr. Page worked for New
America International (NAI), where he developed and
managed multi-market corporate real estate accounts
throughout the United States. Before that, he was a
