Greg Bendis graduated from the University of Florida with honors and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Architecture. He also completed the MBA curriculum in finance and economics at Pepperdine University.

Greg spent the first part of his career as the Director of Real Estate for Ford Aerospace, TRW Information Services and Latham & Watkins. He was successful at developing and implementing trend-setting Real Estate programs for the end-users of more than six million square feet of Office Space, Data Centers and Support Facilities.

At Ford Aerospace, Greg capitalized upon his background in architecture to create a quality environment in response to the business needs of the fast-growing DIVAD Division. At TRW, Greg hired and trained a team of professionals that provided a full range of real estate services throughout the nation. TRW also offered Greg the opportunity to fine-tune his negotiating skills as he grew the company's real estate portfolio from a few hundred thousand square feet to over four million square feet. Latham & Watkins challenged Greg's business and political skills as he centralized the firm's Real Estate function by gaining the trust of the Real Estate lawyers who had originally been challenged with the task.

Greg's good reputation and recognition by industry peers resulted in his being recruited by CB Commercial. CB desired to integrate a consultative practice within their Tenant Representation business and Greg was the person to add substance to the program. While still serving as an advisor to Latham & Watkins, Greg developed a business model which served CB well and ultimately became the foundation for Greg's own company - Resource Commercial Real Estate. Now at Charles Dunn Company, Greg has integrated the Client Services Model into a program which exclusively serves end-users of real estate.

Greg's “claim to fame” is that he has served his clients in more than 150 different cities throughout the US and abroad. His Commercial Real Estate experience also includes opening a Tenant Representation Services office in San Jose for Trammell Crow Company and a Real Estate Advisory Services office in Palo Alto for the Julien J. Studley Company. Greg achieved great success for many years in both of these endeavors but is best able to serve his clients at Charles Dunn Company. Here, his attention is not diverted by the inward focus of a large bureaucracy and his clients have the support of a well-established, multi-disciplined company.
