George B. Russell began his career in 1978 in the Sherman Oaks office of Grubb & Ellis where he specialized in the sale of Commercial-Investment property, Multi-Family property, and Development Land sites. George later affiliated with Jon Douglas Commercial Brokerage Company as a Sales Associate and later as a Manager. He went on to represent Douglas Emmett Company in the leasing of Office and Retail properties and found residence at the Charles Dunn Company in 2000.
Working primarily the Westside of Los Angeles, George’s business experience, sales and marketing skills, and vast product knowledge enable him to work with landlords and tenants in Hollywood, San Fernando Valley, Downtown Los Angeles, the LAX area, and Culver City.

George Russell co-founded the “Los Angeles Broker Challenge,” an annual successful fundraiser that has raised nearly $1.5 million for family outreach programs specifically directed to children and teens through Family Service of Santa Monica. These programs deal with adolescent problems of drugs, alcohol, peer pressure, gangs, teen pregnancy and family adjustments. |
