Hamid Soroudi, Senior Managing Director at Charles Dunn Company, is beginning his thirty
second year in commercial real estate. His real estate career is noted for hard work, distinction
and considerable recognition.
In 2009 Hamid ranked #2 companywide at Charles Dunn and was a member of The
Distinguished Top-10 at Remax Commercial Brokerage in USA from 2003 to 2008. He was also
the #1 broker at the Charles Dunn Company for the period 1998 through 2002. Hamid was also
consistently the #1 broker at Sands Commercial, which merged into Charles Dunn Company in
January 1998. In the twelve years prior to joining Sands Commercial/Charles Dunn Company,
Hamid was in the “Top 5” at The Hanes Company, Inc., including several years as the #1 broker
companywide.
Hamid specializes in Multi-Residential, Development Sites and Commercial Real Estate sales
and exchanges in the West Los Angeles market. Specifically, he covers Beverly Hills, Beverly
Hills-Adjacent, Brentwood, Pacific Palisades, Malibu, Westwood, and West Los Angeles. His
extensive knowledge of the Westside Marketplace allows him to price properties accurately. In
fact, he has a career sell/list ratio of a remarkable 98.5%+. In addition, he has one of the most
extensive computer databases of investor and property information.
One factor that distinguishes Hamid is his steadfast belief in being a market expert. In an era
where most brokers spread themselves too thin trying to service clients in different markets,
Hamid has consistently worked the Westside market. His clients and competitors regard him as
one of the most significant and active Investment real estate brokers in the Westside market..

EDUCATION
Hamid Soroudi received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering, a Masters of Science
Degree in Systems Science and a Master of Business Administration Degree from UCLA. He
has completed the course work for his Ph.D in Macro-Economic Models and Econometrics from
UCLA. Hamid is also a member of Tau Beta Pi, National Engineering Honor Society.
