CAREER
HISTORY / PROFESSIONAL RECOGNITION
Mr. Coburn joined Charles Dunn Company in their Seal Beach operation in November of 2002. Strategically located on the LA/Orange County line, Jeff represents landlord and tenant clients in the South Bay, greater Long Beach and West Orange County market places. Over the past year, Jeff has represented such clients as Arden Realty, Farmers & Merchants Bank, Shelly Motors, Memorial Healthcare IPA, Custom Building Products, One Legacy and Bobit Publishing.
Prior to joining Charles Dunn Company, Jeff worked with Newmark & Company Real Estate assisting the Founding Principals in their Southern California operation from November of 2000 thru October 2002.
Mr. Coburn made his start in the industry at Matlow-Kennedy Commercial Real Estate Services in March 2000, supporting the senior brokers through research, financial analysis and marketing of their commercial transactions. Prior to that, he worked at International City Escrow in their Commercial Real Estate Department.
