CAREER HISTORY / PROFESSIONAL RECOGNITION
Mr. Reilly joined Charles Dunn Company as a Sales Associate for Brokerages Services in July of 2006. One of Mr. Reilly’s value –added attributes that he brings to the Charles Dunn Company is his extensive education and his financial analytical background. Mr. Reilly’s ability to help his clients understand the financial side of the transaction is a huge asset. Over Mr. Reilly’s commercial real estate career, he has concentrated his advisory services on Tenant Representation.
Prior to Mr. Reilly’s career in commercial real estate, he was a Financial Analyst and Underwriter in the Finance department at PacifiCare Health Systems, Inc. There, he analyzed and forecasted PacifiCare’s health care costs. Also part of Mr. Reilly’s responsibilities included pricing and assessing the risk for PacifiCare’s group health plans.
