Kevin Byer is a member of the Investment Services Group, specializing in the acquisition and disposition of big-box retail investment properties in the greater Los Angeles area. His energetic personality and exceptional analytical skills make him a perfect match for the team. Kevin is responsible for business development, financial analysis and marketing the team’s inventory.
CAREER HISTORY
Kevin joined Charles Dunn Company in their Century City office in 2007. Mr. Byer completed two successful internships during college at LaSalle Bank and I-Trade Direct. Upon graduating he worked for Raymond James Financial in Equity Capital Markets. His financial and sales background eased the transition into the world of commercial real estate investment sales.
