In 1996, Hillcrest Development Partners LLC, which serves as a development affiliate of Charles Dunn Company was established. Since its formation, Hillcrest has been responsible for the development of numerous commercial and institutional projects ranging from freestanding fast food restaurants to regional entertainment and shopping centers.

Since its inception, Kevin has been Hillcrest’s exclusive representation solely responsible for all brokerage responsibilities; including but not limited to the negotiations of all land assemblage, property acquisitions, as well as all leasing and/or sales representations.
