Although Lee specializes primarily in West Los Angeles, Santa Monica and West Hollywood, his sale and leasing expertise, marketing style and product knowledge have facilitated his brokerage services throughout greater Los Angeles County. Lee has extensive experience assisting developers with the design and leasing of Mixed-Use development projects, and he currently exclusively represents projects in Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, Downtown Los Angeles, Long Beach and Santa Monica.
