HISTORY / PROFESSIONAL RECOGNITION
Mark Takeichi began his career at Charles Dunn Company in 1996 and has successfully completed more than 350 lease/sale transactions valued in excess of $150 million. Recent notable transactions include: 4 acre freeway visible land assemblage project on behalf of well known car dealership, disposition of Single Tenant NNN investment property to 1031 exchange buyer, sale of owner user 15,000 sq. ft. retail building, and marketing of a shopping center for lease.
