Career History / Professional RECOGNITION
After graduating college in 1985, Paul joined the Beverly Hills office of a major investment brokerage company and worked under two senior Agents. Paul’s contribution to the team’s success was significant, resulting in the achievement of “Top Producer” two years in a row. In 1989, he achieved “Top 10” status.
In 1990, the growth of Sands Commercial attracted Paul to that company. He was consistently a “Top Producer” and a member of the “Executive Circle” (Top 10%). In 1997, Sands Commercial was acquired by Charles Dunn Company.
In 2001, Paul earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation from the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute of Chicago. The highly sought after Certified Commercial Investment Member designation has been obtained by only 2 – 3% of all real estate agents and brokers nationwide.
In 2002 and 2006, Paul was the “Number 5” Agent at Charles Dunn Company, and earned the designation of “Charlie’s Club”, which is based on a high degree of earnings.
