RESPONSIBILITIES
Russ K. Chen from the Downtown Los Angeles office of Charles Dunn Company specializes in commercial sales, leasing and development of Industrial R&D, Shopping Center and Office properties and other commercial properties investments in Southern California. Additional areas of focus include land development for major retail center, “Big Box” tenant representation, restaurants and Asian oriented targeted retail.
CAREER SUMMARY Mr. Chen is a commercial real estate veteran and started his career with the Charles Dunn Company in 2002 with a broad range of commercial real estate experience, including site acquisition, leasing, and entitlement processing and management activities.
