CAREER HISTORY
Ryan joined the Charles Dunn Company in 2005 and is located within the West Los Angeles office. A member of the Retail Services Group, Ryan’s focus is on the sale of Investment grade properties throughout the Greater Los Angeles market.
Prior to joining the Charles Dunn Company, Ryan worked with The Property Watch group of Jones Lang LaSalle focusing on the disposition of net-leased retail and office properties as well as corporate surplus assets. Ryan’s experience, with many real estate product types, and exposure to markets across the nation have honed his valuation and negotiation skills. His clients included many large retailers as well as corporations such as Wal-Mart, Motorola, Anthem Insurance and developers such as Developers Diversified. Ryan worked on the disposition of well over $250 million in real estate assets within his 4 years with Jones Lang LaSalle. Ryan is characterized by his attention to detail, tech-savvy marketing approach and his outgoing personality. These traits allow him to deliver excellent service to his clients. EDUCATION
