Reginald has more than 25 years of experience in Industrial, Office, and Retail sales and leasing, redevelopment, and economic development. His past experience includes planning and development of Regional malls, Community and Neighborhood shopping centers, Industrial parks, and Office buildings of all sizes. At Charles Dunn Company, he is responsible for all aspects of Office and Industrial transactions, which includes landlord representation, tenant representation, and investment and user sales. In 2003 and 2004, Reginald achieved membership in “Charlie’s Club”, the firm’s echelon of top producers, and was the 2003 recipient of the “Largest Lease Transaction of the Year - Company-Wide” award.
