CAREER HISTORY / PROFESSIONAL RECOGNITION
Mr. Briscoe joined Charles Dunn Company as an Associate in June 2007 in their Long Beach Office. Working with the reputable and recognized Industrial Group, headed by John Bowman (SIOR); Mr. Briscoe’s success is due to his expertise in research, financial analysis, marketing, and negotiating sales/leases of commercial properties.
Prior to joining Charles Dunn Company, Mr. Briscoe was a successful Project Manager Assistant with Simpson Housing Solutions in Long Beach, and most recently, The Real Estate Group, based in Torrance, where he specialized in the sales of Commercial and Residential properties in the South Bay.

EDUCATION
Mr. Briscoe earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management from the Argyros School of Business & Economics. He attended Roger C. Hobbs Institute of Real Estate, Law and Environmental Studies at Chapman University in Orange, CA.
