CAREER HISTORY / Professional recognition
Earning her California real estate license in 2000, Susan Harris started her career at Charles Dunn Company working alongside one of the top agents in the West Los Angeles office. While at Charles Dunn, Susan participated in the successful closing of over $100,000,000 in transactions. In fall of 2003, Ms. Harris accepted a position as an acquisitions manager for a Los Angeles based syndicate. Although challenging and exciting, Susan’s natural ability to put deals together brought her back to brokerage. In fall of 2004, Ms. Harris joined a boutique firm in Glendale where she spent 2 ½ years establishing her niche market. Susan has found success representing apartment owners exchanging out of multi-family properties into single tenant NNN properties nationwide.
