CAREER HISTORY  

Mr. McCullough joined the Charles Dunn Company as an Associate for Brokerage Services in May of 2003. Mr. McCullough’s success is due mainly to his expertise in research, financial analysis, and marketing of commercial properties. Over his career, he has worked with both institutional and private owners. His ability to adapt to his client’s’ needs through creativity and market research has given him a competitive edge. While focusing primarily on consultation and advisory services for his tenant clients, Mr. McCullough aggressively prospects for building assignments throughout the South Los Angeles County and West Orange County marketplaces.

Prior to joining the Charles Dunn Company, Mr. McCullough worked at Elite Media, Inc., an advertising company he co-owns. There, he successfully helped build a large clientele base and expand the company’s corporate profile. Elite Media, Inc. has become one of the leading advertising companies in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Education

Mr. McCullough earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California at Davis majoring in Communications with a double minor in Business and Sociology. There, he was co-captain of the baseball team and excelled as a student athlete.
