Mr. Unger began his tenure with Charles Dunn Company with the number one producing brokerage team in the company’s San Fernando Valley office before joining the Tri-City office.
His current Tri-City team has an extensive track record of maximizing asset value for building owners and reducing the cost of occupancy for their tenant clients, in transactions totaling over $1.7 billion with over 6 million square feet of office space leased or sold. The team represents an array of clientele, which includes both landlord and tenant clients.
Mr. Unger offers a thorough, detailed-oriented consultative approach in order to solve problems and deliver superlative results for his clients. He is committed to building long-term relationships and maintaining superior market knowledge.
Career History / Professional Recognition
Prior to joining Charles Dunn Company, Mr. Unger began his career with
Dudley & Associates, a retained executive search firm specializing in
commercial real estate. At Dudley & Associates, he worked with
development, investment, brokerage, and management companies on
assignments throughout the United States and internationally.
