A previous career working for an immigration law firm allowed Tanel to utilize his multi-cultural background and life experiences. His charismatic nature ensured success. In 1996 he made a career shift into commercial real estate by joining the Charles Dunn Company in their Downtown Los Angeles office. He transferred to the West Los Angeles office in 2000.
