Theodore (Ted”) J. Slaught, Senior Managing Director
with the Charles Dunn Company, specializes in commercial
sales, leasing and development in the Greater Los Angeles
area.
CAREER
HISTORY / PROFESSIONAL RECOGNITION
Ted, who joined the Charles Dunn Company in 1981, is
a perennial member of “Charlie’s Club,” the firm’s echelon
of top producers. In 2002, and several prior years,
he was “Broker of the Year” for the Los Angeles office.
In 1996, Ted formed Hillcrest Development Partners LLC,
which serves as a development services affiliate of
Charles Dunn Company. Since its formation, Hillcrest
has been responsible for the development of numerous
commercial and institutional projects in Los Angeles
County, ranging from freestanding fast food restaurants
to regional entertainment and shopping centers. Hillcrest
is currently serving as the developer of The Lakes Entertainment
Center in West Covina and Renaissance Entertainment
Center in Alhambra.
