Robert
C. Hitchcock is Regional Vice President of the San Diego
Region of Management Services for Charles Dunn
Company. He is responsible for the operations,
business development, and profitability of the office.
Bob leads a talented team of real estate management
professionals in the market. The San Diego office
manages various portfolios of commercial properties,
including: Office, Retail, Industrial, and Multi-Family
properties. His team members are specialists that
oversee all aspects of property management, including:
leasing, marketing, tenant relations, project and building
maintenance, construction management, Tenant Improvement
implementation, annual budgeting, operating expense
management, ownership financial reporting, and management
of several staff personnel.

Bob
Hitchcock has more than twenty years of experience managing
and leasing a variety of commercial properties, including:
Office, Retail, Industrial, and Multi-Family.
Prior to assuming the position of Regional Vice President,
Bob was the General Manager of two Class “A” Office
buildings in La Jolla, where he had overall operational
and financial responsibility.
