Ms. Wang is Chief Financial Officer of
Charles Dunn Company. She oversees all corporate financial
matters, including accounting, reporting, cash management
and forecasting, risk management and auditing.
EXPERIENCE/EXPERTISE
Ms. Wang has over 28 years of domestic
and international experience in the real estate industry.
She joined Charles Dunn Company in 1975. Before being
appointed as Chief Financial Officer she served as a
property accountant and then commercial controller for
the firm.
CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
- 1995-Present, Chief Financial
Officer; Works extensively with the Chief Executive
Officer, property managers, sales division managers
and other members of the company’s corporate
team. Oversees all corporate financial matters, from
crucial property management accounts to the general
financial management of the company. Responsibilities
range from managing the company’s accounts payable
and receivables to operational budgeting and corporate
financial strategy.

Accountant, including property reporting, expenses
pass-through calculation, budgeting and owner interface.

working with owners and property manager to
