Jerry Wang, who has
more than 24 years of experience in the real estate
industry, manages the Asian Division for Charles Dunn.
This division, which specializes in Asian holdings,
is one of the fastest growing in the company, handling
office, retail, industrial, and residential space.
Mr. Wang joined Charles
Dunn in 1994 for the second time when he was brought
in to direct the Asian Division. He started as
a property manager for the company in 1980, focusing
on residential properties. By 1987, Mr. Wang was
managing a variety of properties for Charles Dunn.
Later that year, Mr.
Wang worked with one of the nation’s largest banks at
the time, the Home Savings of America. Over the
course of three years with the bank, he disposed of
roughly $120 million in REO loans.
In 1990, Mr. Wang joined
Transamerica, becoming a Vice President/Regional Manager
for Real Estate Equity Management. In this capacity
he was responsible for all the property management operations
and leasing activities in Arizona and Southern California.
Here he managed equity investment properties, specializing
in loan reserves, operational and provisional budgets,
dispositions, and property management.
Mr. Wang is a Certified
Property Manager (CPM), Certified Shopping Center Manager
(CSM), Real Property Administrator (RPA), Facilities
Management Administrator (FMA), and a Certified Commercial
Investment Member (CCIM). |
