/ RESPONSIBILITIES
Kristin Tonkin is the Regional Vice President for the San Fernando Valley region. Kristin
oversees a team of experienced property and portfolio management staff members. Her
responsibilities also include daily operations and business development efforts of Charles
Dunn’s management services.
EXPERIENCE/EXPERTISE
Ms. Tonkin has more than 9 years of experience managing commercial real estate
properties. She has managed approximately 1,531,900 square feet of retail space in
addition to office and industrial properties.
Prior to joining the firm, Tonkin served as a property manager for Vons Companies Inc.,
where she managed a considerable retail portfolio including 20 shopping centers and 84
store locations. Other previous experience includes serving as assistant property manager
for Legacy Partners, LLC, a real estate company that operates throughout the Western
U.S.
