CURRENT POSITION
/ RESPONSIBILITIES
As President, Mr. Conn is responsible for the management and operation services for the Charles Dunn Company portfolio. Mr. Conn currently oversees approximately 24,000,000 square feet of office, retail, multi-family and industrial space located primarily in California and Arizona .
EXPERIENCE/EXPERTISE
Mr. Conn has over 14 years of real estate consulting and management experience that spans a broad array of product types and marketplaces. He has gained experience in asset and property management, construction, leasing and disposition services. Prior to joining Charles Dunn Company, Mr. Conn was Vice President for ING Realty Partners, a real estate investment company sponsored by ING Group, a global financial institution with a market value of approximately $60 Billion. At ING Mr. Conn was a member of the investment team in Los Angeles responsible for the management of assets primarily located in the western United States .
