Accountant
- Junior (Downtown LA)
Assist the Property Accountant in accounts receivable,
accounts payable and preparation of financial reports
for a portfolio of properties utilizing the Yardi System.
Responsibilities include bank deposit preparation and
processing, accounts receivable and accounts payable
data entry, various clerical duties. Degree in accounting
or related field required. Knowledge of Microsoft Word
and Excel is helpful.
Portfolio
Manager - Commercial (Downtown LA)
Supervise all aspects of building operations for a portfolio
of commercial properties. Includes capital improvements,
service contract bidding and negotiations, client interaction,
legal issues, financial reporting, proposal presentation,
and new business development. Candidate must be proficient
in MS Word and Excel, and a college degree is required.
Applicants must have 5+ years Commercial Real Estate
experience and current Real Estate License.
Assistant
Property Manager– Commercial (Downtown LA)
Assist Property Manager in supervising all aspects of
building operations for commercial, retail and industrial
properties. Includes capital and tenant improvements,
tenant retention programs, contract bidding and negotiations,
client interaction, legal issues and financial reporting.
Candidate must have strong verbal and written communications
skills and be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
A college degree is required. Applicants with Real Estate
experience are preferred.
