As Controller, Moises Nunfio oversees and directs accounting-financial analyses and data processing for all Charles Dunn managed properties. Moises is responsible for supervising all accounting staff and continues to develop and execute accounting policies and procedures for the company.

Experience

Moises has over 15 years of accounting experience in property management and brokerage firms. Moises joined Charles Dunn Company in 2006 as a staff accountant. During that time, he was responsible for preparing monthly financial report packages, property budgets, and variance analysis reports for both commercial and residential accounts. He developed an excellent reputation amongst clients and peers for his accuracy, timeliness and clarity of reports and analyses. In 2016, Moises was promoted to Controller. He now leads internal audits, financial statement reviews, and development of new accounting personnel.

Moises received a B.S. Degree in Accounting, from the California State University, Los Angeles.
